Tedarim: a guide to the calming music app
Tedarim (Hebrew for "frequencies") is not a game but a listening app by Esh Games: calm, spiritual music divided into six "spaces" according to what suits you right now. Choose a space, and the music plays continuously until you stop it or the timer ends. The app is available in seven languages and can be installed on your phone.
The six spaces
| Space | Frequency | When to choose it |
|---|---|---|
| Deep sleep | 285 Hz | To end the day and fall asleep quietly |
| Calm, balance and love | 528 Hz | To stop, breathe and let go |
| Comfort for the soul | 639 Hz | For a gentle moment with yourself |
| A new beginning | 417 Hz | To let something go and start again |
| The dream space | 852 Hz | For imagination and a floating atmosphere |
| Inner connection | 963 Hz | For reflection and inner listening |
The meanings of the frequencies come from spiritual traditions. No unique effect of any particular frequency on health has been proven, and the listening is intended for enjoyment, relaxation and reflection.
What you can do in the app
- Sleep timer: from 15 minutes up to three hours, or with no limit until you stop it.
- Frequency mix: choose 2 to 4 spaces, and they play one after another in the order you chose.
- Install on your phone: after installing, the app opens from the home screen and works without an internet connection.
- Seven languages: Hebrew, English, French, Spanish, Swedish, Hindi and German.
Listening tips
- Comfortable headphones and a low volume work best, especially before sleep.
- Set the timer before you lie down, so the music switches itself off.
- You can give your listening a small intention: what I want to set aside, and what I want to make room for.
